Meal One Baked chicken with sweet potato and roasted asparagus

Ingredients:

  • Large package of boneless chicken(extra for other meals) Olive oil
  • Sweet Potatoes Mrs. Dash
  • Asparagus Low sodium canned black beans ,rinsed
  • Salsa

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Poke sweet potatoes with a fork and bake in oven for 60 minutes until soft. When the sweet potatoes have been in the oven for 30 minutes, place the chicken that has been sprinkled with Mrs. Dash in the oven. Snap the asparagus so that the bottom part comes off. Place in an oven proof pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. Place in the oven for the last ten minutes of the cook time for the last 10 minutes of the cook time for the potatoes and chicken. Slice an opening down the center of the sweet potato and top with black beans and salsa.
